Ingredients
- 1L Organic cream
- Sour cream culture (www.bacillusbulgaricus.com)
Method
Pour cream into a sterilized glass jar
Add 1/4 teaspoon Sour Cream Culture to cream
Stir or agitate to combine – use plastic utensils to combine
Place in a warm place or wrap in a teatowel if cooler weather, allow to ferment for 24 hours
Store in refrigerator for around 2 weeks
