Simple, delicious and good for your gut

Ingredients

1 banana chopped into chunks and frozen

1/2 cup frozen strawberries (frozen mango would be nice as well)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice

2 tablespoons full fat yoghurt or sour cream

1 teaspoon cocoa (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor or thermomix

Blend on a high speed, mixture will turn into a crumbly texture (don’t stress!)

Scrape down sides and blend again, repeat until a lovely smooth icecream texture is achieved
