Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

These bite sized snacks are a perfect between meal pick me up. Full of good fats and protein they will keep your blood sugars stable until your next meal.


5 dates

150g almond meal

2 heaped tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tablespoon raw cacao

3 tablespoon Bare Blends plant based protein powder (optional)

1/2 cup crushed peanuts or coconut


Combine all ingredients (except peanuts or coconut) in a high power blender. Blend on high speed until mixture resembles sticky crumbs (approximately 30 seconds)

If the mixture is too crumbly add a tablespoon of water and blend again.

Press small amounts firmly with hands to form small balls (approximately 35g each).

Roll in crushed peanuts or desiccated coconut.
