Passionfruit and Coconut Gummies

Finding snacks when you are following a gut healing diet can be a little tricky. Gummies are a quick and versatile snack that you can keep in your fridge for when you just need that little bit extra. Big kids and little kids will love them. Team it up with a warm cup of tea and you should be good until your next nutritious meal.


  • 2 tablespoons grass fed & finished gelatin
  • 1/2 cup filtered water (for blooming gelatin)
  • 250ml good quality coconut milk
  • 4 passionfruit (pulp removed)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon


Place gelatin and water in a glass bowl and stir to combine. Allow to sit (bloom)

Heat milk, honey, passionfruit and lemon in a small saucepan until hot.

Remove from heat and mix in gelatin. Make sure to remove any lumps.

Pour into silicon moulds and allow to set in the fridge before pressing out. Store in a glass container in the fridge.
